transfer mechanism used.
The MIL-STD-1840 "dtype" data header record specifies the IGES
subset or protocol and shall have permissible values of 1, 2, 3,
4, or 5. This value shall be 1 to indicate Class I, 2 to
indicate Class II, 3 to indicate Class III, 4 to indicate Class
IV, or 5 to indicate Class V.
